Bringing more than 15 years of progressive leadership across engineering, construction, utility, broadband, transportation, and digital infrastructure, this executive will further strengthen Rybex's ability to deliver comprehensive engineering solutions for complex infrastructure projects throughout the United States.
Holding credentials as a Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Master of Business Administration (MBA), this leader combines deep technical expertise with executive business leadership and operational strategy. Their engineering licensure spans 12 U.S. states, significantly expanding Rybex's engineering capabilities and reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering licensed engineering services across multiple regions.
Throughout their career, they have directed multi-million-dollar engineering and construction programs while leading organizations of more than 200 engineering and construction professionals, including 60+ offshore engineers, and overseeing more than $35 million in annual engineering operations. Working alongside executive leadership, they have successfully driven business growth, operational performance, workforce development, and scalable engineering organizations capable of supporting increasingly complex infrastructure programs nationwide.
Their leadership philosophy extends well beyond technical engineering. Through disciplined operational management and strategic execution, they have consistently delivered measurable business results, including a 15% increase in profitability within a single year, revenue growth from $14 million to $18 million in just six months, and EBITDA improvement from 22% to 34% through process optimization, resource planning, and operational excellence.
